State Senator Brian W. Jones (R-Santee) today released the latest edition of his acclaimed “Are You Kidding Me?” (AYKM) video series providing though-provoking ideas and questioning government actions and decisions that sometimes just don’t make any sense.
Today’s AYKM is a two-parter, showing how fast catalytic converters can be stolen from vehicles and later fenced for quick money with little or no risk. In the videos, Jones uses a sawzall, handles a catalytic converter, and discusses his Senate Bill 919, aimed at deterring these thefts and illegal sales.
