Senator Brian W. Jones welcomes the opportunity to recognize exceptional individuals, groups, businesses, and events in State Senate District 40. Certificates are issued by the Senator to recognize significant occurrences and individuals making a difference in their community.  To see if you or your organization is in State Senate District 40, please check Find Address (ca.gov)

If you are requesting more than one certificate, please upload a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (xlsx).  For less than 10 certificates, please submit this form 3 business days prior to the date needed.
